Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sabatier Group LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company, 20320 Pinion Springs Dr, Henderson, NV 89074, USA ("we", "us"), the operator of SANTO VIDEO (the "Service", available at santovideo.io). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. You sign in with a one-time email code, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in accounts secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at office@sabatiers.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
2. The Service
SANTO VIDEO lets you plan, generate and edit videos, images and audio with artificial intelligence. Features, models and limits may change over time. AI output is generated automatically, can be inaccurate or unexpected, and may resemble content created for other users. Review output before you rely on it or publish it.
3. Credits, plans and payments
- Generations use credits. The cost is shown before you start. Credits are reserved while a generation runs, charged only if it succeeds, and released if it fails or you cancel it.
- Paid plans and credit packs are billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire as described in your plan. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change prices or credit rates; changes to a subscription take effect at your next renewal after notice.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4. Your content
"Your Content" means the prompts, files and other material you submit, and the output the Service generates for you. As between you and us, you own Your Content, to the extent the law allows. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce and display Your Content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service and to provide it to you. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or in routine backups for a limited time. We do not use Your Content to train AI models. If you make content public (for example, through Explore), you also allow other users to view it and to use it as inspiration through features such as Remix.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have all rights needed to submit it and that it, and your use of the output, do not violate these Terms, the law, or anyone's rights.
5. Faces and likeness
You may only upload a face that is your own, or the face of an adult who has given you clear, documented consent to use their likeness in the way you intend. You must not create content that depicts a real person in a false, sexual, defamatory or harmful way, or that could reasonably mislead viewers into believing a real person said or did something they did not. Where the law requires, label AI-generated or altered content as such.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create, upload or share content, or engage in conduct, that:
- sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse in any form;
- is sexually explicit content of a real person without their consent, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- harasses, threatens, defames, or promotes violence, terrorism or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
- impersonates a person or organization, enables fraud or scams, or spreads deceptive content about elections or public events;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- is otherwise illegal;
- attempts to bypass credits, limits, safety filters or security; scrapes, reverse engineers or overloads the Service; or uses it to build a competing model or product, except as allowed through our API.
We may review, block or remove content and suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates and the SANTO VIDEO name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email office@sabatiers.com with: identification of the work; the location of the infringing material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party services, including sign-in (Google, Apple), payments (Stripe), hosting and AI generation providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export Your Content. Sections 4 (license limits), 7, 11, 12, 13 and 14 survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNIQUE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone's rights.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts or under your local law, that right is not affected.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept them.
16. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
